Been a head basketball coach for 40 years and has made the NCAAT 31 times.. So he's made the Final Four in 30% of his seasons coached. Making the Final Four 3 times every decade, meh.. The longevity of his career is more impressive than anything.

Roy Williams made 5 final fours between 2002 and 2009 and he's regularly talked about as being overrated. Doesn't go both ways.
