I hate forums sometimes man, other guys on here know Im good friends with Schaffer so it wasn't an attempt to boast just deter away from the race debate of a thread where retards kept posting the same crap.

I understand this. But Dixon, himself, according to the police report, made it about race before it hit this board. So it is up for debate.

I know Dixon and his twin and they are pretty cool guys

I'm sure they are. I doubt anything he truly did call for an arrest. However, he could have definitely handled things differently and maybe we wouldn't even have a thread.

Im sure it was the cop just messing with a black guy who looked to be enjoying himself...... do I fit in now.

Whatever makes you feel cool.

Schaffer's represented a number of saints including PT, Roby so his relationship with the FO is pretty good which should work in Dixons favor.

I don't think he will be, or should be, cut for something this stupid. He is a young man. He has to mature. This looks as if it was just an immature act to a police officer with a short fuse.

I didn't read this thread. But, I will never understand why someone thinks it's a good idea to backtalk to the police. Why in the hell would you do that? Just calmly talk to him if you feel like you didn't do anything wrong. You don't have to call him a racist, that's not really going to get you out of a $50 changing lanes violation on your cool scooter, Brian.

finally an intellectual response I can reply to hi5

You shouldn't have to be "polite" to a police offer to not get arrested. They are government employed and as we learned in school government is a system empowered by "the people" to protect "the people". I dont have to be nice to at&t but they still provide me service, as does comcast, waitresses, etc. A uniform does not exclude me from being able to speak at you unless it is breaking a law. This is a touchy subject with me because I experienced a similar situation last year in Lafayette.
