Oh OK. So if I'm disrespectful to a cop and I get arrested for no reason, it's ME who's acting like I own the world? No, I think it's the other way around.
Even though a lot of people here want to talk big, I am sure most would have been smart enough and kept their mouths shut while he wrote the ticket.

Please someone tell me (those defending the cops action) was is exactly the charge? What law did he exactly violate?

or i suspect him thinking that he was being singled out for his "look" and pointing out that hes an nfl player that does charity in the community to take the edge of the situation. ie im an nfl player, im not about to attack a cop, instead of im an nfl player, you arent allowed to hassle me.
reading the phrasing of some of the stuff in the report does genuinely give me the impression that the cops were very standoff-ish for a moped lane violation and dixon just wanted the situation to be done.
