Or he was pissed off at GermanWings.
There was a crash in CA back in the 70s or early 80s involving a disgruntled employee. I think it was a now defunct airline called PSA, Pacific Southwest Airlines. A mechanic or ground crewman (not flight crew) had a meeting w/ a supervisor that didn't go well for him. The crewman used his employer ID to board the flight the supervisor was taking back to SF. He also brought a .357 in his carry-on, which wasn't x-rayed. After the flight takes off, he smokes the supervisor and then walks into the cockpit and shoots the pilots. The plane crashed around San Luis Obisbo, killing about 50, I think.
