She's going to the sheriff tomorrow morning before work so we don't have that yet. I'll let her know though. Thanks

Next year file immediately so the scammer is rejected.

The burden of proof falls in the second to file with that ss#.

Amend it later if you need to. It doesn't matter until the filing deadline unless you get a huge refund that wasn't due you.
