Yeah but 3 x 10 does too right? Because 3 x 10 gets my heart rate jacked. I love it

yea that's all good too. I was just suggesting that if you're getting fatigued.

This is why you are getting queasy. Exercise induced hypoglycemia could be a bit of it, too.
