Since when are snatches and clean and jerks "conventional exercising"?
This helps show that cultfitters know shite about excercise. This excercises that you think cultfit invented have been used in high schools and colleges forever. They have also been in main stream weight lifting and body building forever. Just because YOU never did them before doesn't mean shite. All not means is you didn't play sports when you were young and decided to workout once you got older and cultfitting made you feel special. Congrats

Beyond that, what would conventional exercise be? Bosu balls and calf raises? That's just a fricking nebulous term made up by the CrossFit haters.
So excercises that have been proven to work for 100 years now isn't normal because it's not in cultfit? Again thanks for proving you know shite about working out.

Is this what this is all about and you're jealous and butthurt about it?
If you read my first post and disagree bring up those points and I'll be glad to discuss them with you. To throw out teenage statements only shows why you are a cultfitter..Thanks for making this so easy. As in any cult blind faith is the most important thing. You definitely fit that mold greatly.

Snatch/clean and jerk were probably in the first Olympics.
