Running is mostly mental - your willingness to fight through the pain. You are much more capable than your mind allows you to be, but you have to get through discomfort in the process.

Also, make sure you are getting the most out of you form. Efficiency is also a key. Be an efficient runner. There are numerous videos on running efficiently on the web.

Control your breathing...look up the box breathing technique.
