The good news for the players and their families, and for people who disagree with your opinion and want those players to recieve additional health benefits and monetary compensation for their brain damage and suffering, is that the NFL has already agreed to a payout to those who want immediate relief, and will probably be forced to pay out much larger damages to those who refused to settle.

this is almost certainly in violation of the CBA the PLAYERS AGREED TO. if they don't like it, they should take it up with their union reps

i want people to live by the agreements they made

if you want to argue players who played in the NFL prior to the CBA, then fine...but that will be long before anybody knew these risks
