Sorry guys, my timeline is all whacked as you young folks say. And don't think for one minute that the Atlanta Celtics AAU basketball program don't reach far and wide for players. Hell, I remember coaching AAU basketball and coached against them.
They would identify a player from cali, fly that player in for the weekend tourney, and fly him back home. If you are a top player, you will hear from that organization, no matter where you are.
