C'mon The kid is 15. Let him play some GTA. I was 13 (I think) when Vice City came out. My friends and I played the crap out of that game when it came out.

The new GTA isn't even in the same stratosphere as Vice City. If the shite going on in this game isn't anything new to your 15 year old you are doing something VERY wrong.

The only time I ever got to play Vice City was at a friend's house. To this day I've never owned a GTA. I wanted to play them when I was younger, but I guess I grew out of it. I had Saints Row 2 but that's about it in terms of sandbox shoot 'em up genre.

I agree with the majority in this thread. He'll live if he doesn't get to own this game. Will he eventually play it at a friend's house? Sure. But there's a huge difference in playing something alone in your room than with a group of friends. The mindset is totally different. Just because he'll play it elsewhere doesn't mean you make it readily available for him to access at any time.
