re: California will run out of water soon, should ration immediately says scientist

I reside in North Texas and we have been in a drought status for quite some time now. We are now using recycled waste water and doing so has extended our available water for about three years, assuming nothing changes. We have been rationing water for about 2/3 years now .... we have lost trees and agriculture has been impacted. I hope the Texas legislature would stand up a program using water from the Gulf...I can only imagine what it would cost but droughts are no fun whatsoever....doing so, inv, would be a wise investment
