With it starting to warm up, NoRth St.Louis(city) and the homicide rate will be sky rocketing. I think we will break the old record, and if i could get a line, i'd bet it.

Isn't North St. Louis pretty abandoned. I always amazes me how these areas with large abandonment have huge homicide numbers.
