37 year sales veteran here...
It's not easy to disconnect. My best solution was to adopt the attitude of " I work to live, not live to work".
Make sure you develop some hobbies and interests outside of work. And it helps to have a supportive family as well.
Good luck....nothing happens until a sale is made
