The disconnect isn't just a sales job issue, it's an American manufactured issue. Most other countries, especially in Europe, are able to turn it off and go home without being attached to their job. You ought to see them on vacation. They leave for weeks without a care in the world because the system is set up so that someone else is actually doing your work while you're gone!
