So the guy lowered his overall caloric intake, and lost weight, yay, good for him! But that wasn't my point. My point is that a calorie of whatever is treated differently in the body be it a carb, protein, or fat, and used science to prove that point.
There are many ways to lose weight. Some easier than others. Insulin resistance is a key and is different person to person.
