I think it was trying to point out that there are non Muslim groups that are even more evil than Islamic extremists like Isis. And in my opinion, considering they're doing it out of greed instead of faith, makes it even worse.

These people are a much greater threat to your personal security, as well as your families, and all children across America. They may not drop a bomb on your neighborhood. But that powder and dope will kill many more Americans than Isis ever could. Not to mention ruin many more lives.
