Let's crucify him!!!!!!! All the in-your-face outraged SJWs are so disgusting about pushing this stupid shite to the forefront of discussions that it polarizes issues and basically forces simple folks who otherwise wouldn't, and shouldn't, give a rat's arse about this kind of stuff to pick a side.
Who is picking the other side of this thing?

Well, I don't think he should have been kicked out of school, nor do I think his actions make him a bad person- just an idiot. That would put me squarely in opposition to the mob calling for his head- so I guess I'm "taking his side" and I'm sure I'm not alone.

Consider this:
A Teachable Moment -- Excellent Read
"Look, I know it is easier just to be done with these students. Bashing them is incredibly popular and dismissing them from the island of humanity appears to be all the rage. Unfortunately, I am called to the two most idealistic professions—teaching and preaching and I believe in the power of conversion. I believe in the power of Grace. I believe in a God of Second Chances. I believe in a God who is a master teacher.
I know. How silly of me."
