Orly? Guess that depends on who you ask, which is exactly the point. There are insulting & offensive words, phrases, etc. for every race & gender. If people are going to be so utterly outraged at hearing it occasionally that a university president has to act like a grade school principal, then the punishment should be applied, equally, across the board. ... Or better yet, people can chalk up name calling to idiots being idiots & go on about their lives.
