It must be the abusive conduct clause, at least that's the only prohibited action that makes any sense to me, but that's a hell of a slope to slip on....

It is a designed catch all to cover their asses. Like I said, they use it to suspend people for whatever reason and this clause covers their bases.
I am sure there are far worse things covered in the code of conduct that kids haven't been suspended for. They just didn't embarrass a university. That could the point a lawyer argues if this ever goes to court.

This is exactly what I'm talking about. Slippery slope is slippery, and past practice could prove tricky for the U of O in the future.
