Never got on Lyrica. I just kind of breathe and relax and work through the pain. It's second nature to me now, tbh.
Don't get me wrong, it sucks. To this day you can just walk up to me and just lightly grab my right pinky and I'll be in excruciating pain.
My face? Don't get me started. I'll get sharp stabbing pains out of nowhere or it will just start feeling weird.
I just try to relax and work through it. I do yoga and foam roll muscles, so I kinda get used to working through pain.
I don't like stuff like Lyrica bc of the side effects I hear about.

I can deal with the pain, it's the lack of dexterity that is annoying. It's the ulnar nerve I believe that is damaged. It hurts from the elbow down and is a dull ache. Feels like my wrist and fingers are broke. I'm use to the pain but still not use to the lack of feeling in my pinky, ring, and middle finger.
