I mean, they could say whatever they want in the lawsuit. JPSO is gonna lose, no doubt.
What if they say that cops are now following them around and harassing them, and they are scared enough to move?
If Newell would've nutted up and fired the guy quickly, publicly, that would've reduced the chances of this lawsuit happening by a lot
