I don't think Lofton is all that bad. But he's pretty one dimensional.
we need at least one LB out there who can make a difference in coverage. I don't think Hawthorne is that guy. I mean what has he done since he got here? He got the interception vs. Green Bay on a deflection.. ok great.
but he also had a chance to make a huge play vs. the Ravens and dropped a potential pick six.
is he a good blitzer? I don't know if Lofton is either.
So they make a handful of tackles each game... great. But neither really does much besides that.
