If her sleeping habits are outside of the normal daily routine of things she needs to adjust to it.
Things would be a bit different if the dog barked all night, that would be your issue but since thats not the case maybe offer a bit of advice for her to run a fan or small blower to muffle the sounds outside while providing a calming constant noise that helps you sleep?

If that doesn't work, save her notes she leaves by the door and let them pile up. She'll get the hint that you aren't reading them and DGaF.
