JV basketball my soph yr. We were up 15 in the 4th vs a team that hadn't won a game. We let them crawl back in and with 5 secs left I was at the line for a 1-and-1. Missed. They got the rebound and threw up a contested, desperation 3 at half court that went in. That was their only win of the year.

#2 was JV baseball, also as a soph. I had been pitching well all year but suddenly got the yips one game and from that point forward could not buy a strike. I don't know how many I walked that game but it was a lot, and we got run ruled. We only lost 4 games that year and all others were by 1 or 2 runs.
