On what planet would not holding people responsible for their contractual LDs be the right move? The next time it comes up you know the next person would point to LSU giving up its rights (pointlessly, in this case) against Chavis. All letting it go does is make a mess out of this issue and the next ones.

Location Location Location. I hope to hell they have venue selection clause in the contract. LSU should remove this lawsuit to federal court now and seek transfer to louisiana
