let me get this straight...so Alleva wants the 400k on Jan 4....because he has taken the job else where or he has left the program...Jan 5th he gives his 30 day notice....so basically he left then waited til the 30 days would fall under the 11 - 0 month window to give his notice...you cant leave a place and take another job and then give your previous employer a notice ...thats chicken shite

He called his lawyer after Alleva handed him the bill. His lawyer wrote his 30 day notice for him after reviewing what was left of his contract
