Pretty large area but St. Rose Tavern has a good shrimp Po boy, El Gato Negro has an Ormond location and Mabile's in Laplace does a good seafood muffaletta.

shrimp Po'boy from Jam Up in Geismar
Hymel's for some fried anything
New Orleans Hamburger & Seafood Co. in LaPlace is surprisingly legit, cheap, and fast for a chain.
