Should also be noted that those guidelines are for each measure of lean body mass.

If you are 230lbs with 25pct body fat, you don't need 230 grams of protein

I try to get bw 160-200.....I weigh about 210

I'm doing Intermittent fasting (LeanGains), so I have to do it in an 8 hour window too.

My first meal is post workout and its 2 scoops whey (50g) and then usually another 50 with my actual food for that meal

I few hours later I usually eat another 25-50 with snack, tuna, yogurt, cottage cheese..... sometimes another scoop of whey(although I prefer to hit my macros with real food)

Then my last meal is another 50..
