Correct if you adjust the white-balance accordingly. Did you do that? If not then it does not correct for incorrect ambient light whatsoever. If you did then it should look like this.

Yes, and it will give you whatever the lighting has changed the color to look like. Of course, black with sun shining on it doesn't look deep black, but as humans we can perceive that it is.
You're wrong dude. It's ok.
Again, put it in there with different brightness settings and report back.
