I'm 5'6" and I believe all of my employees are taller than me.... except one. For a short sh!t I seem to be doing OK. The worst part of being short is coaching a 12yr old baseball team and being one of the shortest people in the team pic!

I'm sorry, but I just couldn't take a 5'6" dude coaching my 12 year old son seriously. Like, how could you even throw batting practice?
