There are dozens of these restaurants across the US. If Square Root is a copy, the last 112 are too.

I agree. Ko became massively popular and people started copying. It just took a while to make its way to NOLA. If people regularly do tasting menus in NYC, Paris and west coast, they are not going to be wowed at all by Square Root.
