I've been trained at 2 different law enforcement acadamies and have demonstrated sufficient skills to serve as an instructor for other officers for several years. I have led arrest teams to take convicted murderers, armed robbers, and rapists into custody.
But I can honestly say this 5' 7" 135 pound chick would kick my arse one on one. My full time job and 24/7 lifestyle was never training to fight.
I've also been in enough scuffles to know that size and weight matters less than speed, skill, efficiency, and endurance.

In other words, when you shoot a person 3 times it's easier to win in a fight.
