We are planning our annual boil right now, and everyone in the group said this as well. When we do a bunch of extra shite (sausage/hot dogs, artichokes, etc.), it ends up sitting in the fridge for days and eventually being tossed.

Now, we just do the basic cheaper sides .. corn, potatoes, mushrooms, garlic, onion.

The garlic is my favorite. I'll eat a whole head of it and then my skin smell HORRIBLE the next day
