It rolls over one month though right? I mean if I use 10 of my 12 in January then in February I've got 14 total right? But if I only use 10 of my 14 in February I don't get 16 in March, right?

AT&T or T-mobile? I know on t-mobile using your scenario, you would get 16gb in March.
