My company is a blue collar company. The only two things on your list we deal with are in bold.
A lot of people like working on different jobs and projects. I certainly wouldn't want to be in your boring cubicle all day.
Working early in the morning has its benefits. By the time a lot of you finish lunch my guys are on the way home.
