Do it yourself. You'll need help from a friend. Follow instructions to mount wall bracket and I think the wires are self explanatory. Drill 2 holes. Use face plates. Fish wires down the hole.
I'm not an extremely handy person, but even I can do this.

my main issue is that it requires moving an electrical outlet and running wires to and fro a blue ray
