2005-07 - Miles did not recruit these QBs, therefore these 3 years are excluded from the 10 years of Miles's tenure.
2012-13 - Miles did not recruit Mett out of high school, therefore these 2 years are excluded from the 10 years of Miles's tenure.
2008-2009; 2014 - The QBs playing in these years were second-year players but starting for the first time, and did not have adequate time to develop.
2011 - Both LSU QBs were at the top of the SEC in passing efficiency.
So in the remaining 1 year, Miles failed to develop a QB he recruited from high school into a competent SEC QB.

that's quite the effort to let him off the hook for his poor QB development. Especially given the fact that his poor QB development has likely cost LSU championships. I'm not sure how any LSU fan can accept the mediocrity at a key position year after year. Power school, power conference, talent rich state. It shouldn't happen.
