Lame. I have a job, kids, very active in their daily lives and chores, post a shite ton and nothing really affects my personal family life. Sure posting can be a bit addictive and sometimes you need to stop back but cutting it out your life bc you somehow deem it necessary to make you a better person or better life is pretty stupid.
