I would love to see a move to a 3-4. I think right now you probably have the best personal for it that you have ever had. That being said, I do not want to go through the growing pains, especially right now.

Don't see the personnel you're seeing especially at LB. Need big LBs for a 3-4 and we have exactly 2 that fit the mold, Beckwith and Garrett. That's it for ILBs so no depth.
Louis could spell in the middle but would have to play beyond his body to really be good. Alexander, Riley and Voorhies essentially become nonfactors because of size unless they can play S which still doesn't help them because we are pretty damn good and deep at S.
Teuhema, Neal, Patterson, Bower and Key can all play OLB but most would be liabilities in space.
Just don't see the players for a deep, effective 3-4.
