Haha no but it wasn't in the plans to do until spring 2016.

Loving that $4k estimate though. May start it this coming spring. Going to do every possible thing myself.

Yep, I even had leftover cement for a patio
cement was $1,200
I'm a Jew, so I sent out a material list to like 4 different lumber yards, they all delivered.

also got it spray foam insulated later, that was like $1,000

This is why I plan to start immediately after closing on the house
