They didn't exist when I lived there(moved 4 yrs ago). I used to go buy sacks at HEB since they didn't know how to price em by the sack they would always sale em for about $1 a pound, then I would boil em myself. I always heard stories about places outside the city that would do them correctly but when I would call they would be $7 a pound, lol no.

HEB knew exactly what they were doing by selling live crawfish at a loss
