The thing that bothers me the most about this story, is that many people in society have become so self-absorbed and entitled, that they feel the need to record every single inconvenience in their lives (caused by others) for the sole purpose of broadcasting it to the public (with the hope of gaining sympathy, public outcry, monetary compensation, etc.). What this does is cheapens the legitimate instances of customer inconvenience and/or mistreatment.
