A way to filter out clickbait news sites from Google Now?

I like using Google Now to peruse random articles of interest -- usually a lot of tech-related news. Unfortunately, the topic of tech is a haven for clickbait article farms (rumors without substance, misleading headlines that don't deliver, etc.). I've noticed my Google Now page getting more of these. Other than just swiping them away, is it possible to incorporate the domains into some sort of blacklist?
