re: Is This Really How People Decide How Much House They Need?

I've never heard of the square foot rule. 2800 is a big house to me. The people saying it isn't that big probably don't clean their own homes. That's big. But, as far as the bedrooms go, I have 3 kids as well. Until we moved in this house, my boys always shared a room. But, now we have 4 bedrooms, I'm never going back. Life is much more peaceful.
