Those screws start leaking around 10-14 years, then they all need to be replaced with a larger screw, then another 10-14 years later they start leaking again, but they don't make a screw bigger than the one in the roof...

A roof that steep is much less likely to leak.

Also if you sheath the roof with OSB then put down a vapor barrier and 1x4 "nailers" (at spacing recommended by type of roof panel) to provide an airspace b/w the roof and sheathing... it will likely never leak.
