You could combine two of those and open up a veterinarian clinic somewhere.
Helping peopke in need is a great thing though, I wanted to be a doctor as a kid but that didn't pan out.

But I'm not a vet. Even though I wouldn't do bedside nursing as a job again if I had all that money ....I would love to go on medical mission trips and work as a nurse in that aspect.
