Question. In the legal sense. How can Officer A(in plane) tell officer B(in Tahoe on side of road looking at child porn) that someone is speeding and based I'm guessing on a color description of the vehicle and Officer B who did not see the crime write me a ticket? How this money grab work?

They write both officer's names on the ticket and where it has check boxes for laser or radar and the SN of the unit, they just write "plane" or "VASCAR" in that blank. I don't keep my tickets, but I got one two years ago and that's what it had on it
