Then your defense is either the police officer stopped the wrong vehicle, "this isn't my car listed on the ticket,"

or that you were never cited for a crime in the first place, since it can be proven that it was not YOUR vehicle being cited on the ticket.

I would present the ticket/situation to the DA and ask that it be dismissed, but I'm no lawyer to give such advice.
