We always get them from Sam's or Rouses.

Rouses has USDA Prime, Waygu, and even Dry Aged. There aren't better options than those.

Drive up the road to bourgeois. They will cut you any piece of meat you want.
Seriously. This place has great meat with an old butcher shop feel.

rouses on st charles does have dry aged, if thats what you are looking for (never seen wagyu)
if you just want a good cut steak, i say cajun meat market. if you want something specialized, like dry aged, the rouses is the only option. rouses is notorious for having sub standard "regular" cut steaks (ribeyes, strips, etc).
